The Bottom Line This is some must hear music!
There are so many good DJs out there laying down hot tracks. One I've recently become a big fan of is Mr. Dibbs, he DJs for Atmosphere interestingly enough. The set he laid down at Atmosphere's show was outstanding, simply amazing.
There are other amazing DJs I've become aquainted with over the years. Here is an extension of my first, and very popular Techno Music Review.

Electric Indigo - She hails from Vienna, Austria...a master of funky techno. She is extremely well known around the world for her amazing techno sets. Electric Indigo is worth taking the time to find at your local music stores. Check out www.indigo-inc.at for more information, it's a great website!
DJ Paco - He recently dropped Open House a nice mix CD. "Betida Differente" is his legendary mix tape series which he put out in 1996, it has a strong Brazilian sound to it. He is a German DJ, and has increased his following over the years exponentially. His beats are out of this world!
FOCUS - This British producer has been mixin great tracks for decades. His solo albums are tributes to his amazing skill as a DJ and a musician.
Kosheen - Breakbeat inspired music with great vocals. Kosheen is Drum & Bass, pure and simple. If you like strong beats...this should be for you. Their album Resist made it GOLD and topped out at number 7 on the UK charts.
Peter Rauhofer - Some of the most popular dance albums of the last few years have come from Rauhofer, a New York DJ (his hometown is Vienna, Austria). He is a Grammy Award winning DJ. His album Live @ Roxy is incredible, it's a 2 CD album. Well...actually...all his albums are incredible! You can't lose listening to Rauhofer!
Ariel Cybana - Once this gorgeous California DJ hits the turntables...it's on till the break of dawn! She is quickly becoming a leader in progressive house. If you've never heard Ariel, you're missing out. You can pick up her demo's for $5.00 on www.arielcybana.com.
Carl Cox - One of Britains biggest dance kings, Carl Cox has been around forever! He has made major contributions to techno and the rave scenes. His mixes are amazing and his skills are hard to match. He helped bring about acid house music. Many people became familiar with Carl when the soundtrack to the movie Hackers came out. His most recent album is Mixed Live 2nd Session (11/12/02), but he also dropped Global in 2002.
GiGi D'Agostino - L'Amour Toujours (2001) is D'Agostino's big debut (as far as I know). My favorite song on this CD is La Passion Medley. It may hard to tell from the name but GiGi is a guy. He is a pretty innovative DJ with a style that is really Mediterranean. www.gigidagostino.com

Basement Jaxx - A duo from...you guessed it - Britain! What are their names? Felix Buxton and Simon Ratcliffe. How to describe Basement Jaxx...well they are known as playing "punk garage." This is a unique mix of rap, funk, garage, ragga, with strong house influences. Yeah, it's neat! Their most popular song in the US is Where's Your Head At. The video for the song is very funny.
Timo Maas - Maas is a German trance DJ and producer. With help from Paul Van Dyk and Sandra Collins, Maas has made a large impact in the global trance music scene. His most recent album Loud (2002) was great! There are many good tracks on this album with features by notables like Kelis and Fatboy Slim. www.timomaas.com
