Just wish I had read the online opinions before ordering from this company. What a nightmare trying to deal with these people! The website is very easy to use and I found items (I THOUGHT) which were hard to find elsewhere. The main item that I ordered (order placed on 2/5/07)and the reason for my ordering from AmericaRX was not the item I received. I called the next business day after receiving the incorrect items and went through the same "hoops" so many others here described--stayed on hold forever to finally arrive at being "first" in the cue and then hung up on. This happened numerous times. I finally talked to two different employees who were rude and tried to act as though I did not understand anything. The end result: I was told that I could return the items at my own expense for a refund of the item only. AmericaRX website states that if an item is shipped in error that they will pay for the return of the items. The items were returned for a refund on 2/16/07. I am still waiting for a refund for the items delivered back to AmericaRX on 2/21/07. I called today (3/02/07) and was told I should be getting a check in the mail within 3 days even though I paid them through PayPal. I won't hold my breath!!
