Pros:Don't have any.
Cons:Read the review - its all there.
The Bottom Line: Keep an eye on Cricket - could be good if they get their act together, but not now in Portland.

I was very excited by the plan that is described by Cricket - drop my land line and unlimited calls anywhere. I was skeptical whether I would get the range I needed for reception so I stopped when I was out in Hillsboro - about 40 miles from my house - and asked a lot of questions. I was told I could use the phone for under 30 minutes to test it and return it for a full refund. I would return it to any cricket store. My first month with Cricket was free and I could cancel at anytime. I took their cheapest model and on my way home called my mom in Michigan. It was a very bad connection and the called dropped while we were talking. I asked my mom to call me back on my T-mobile cell phone - she did - the call was crystal clear and the signal very strong. When I got to my house in the southwest suburbs of Portland - not out in the boonies - I had absolutely no signal on the Cricket phone but a great signal on my T-mobile phone. I called the Lloyd center store to see if I could return the phone there - they said I would have to take it to Hillsboro - so I did. I will say that there was no problem returning the phone and getting that cost refunded. I left thinking I was done - but a few days later I called my old cricket number and it still seemed to be taking calls. So I called the Cricket customer service and after very long waits was finally sent to the Lloyd center store - indeed my service was still on so the shut it down. Problem solved - so I thought. Today, a month later, I get a bill from Cricket showing my phone service was disconnected but telling me I owe $46.77 - as far as I can tell it is asking me to pay for the month after I cancelled. Don't know how it will turn out but so far - it has been nothing but headaches and misrepresentations.
