Frustrating, evasive and crooked

You'd better like what you order there because you'll never get your money back if you return anything. Unless you do what I did and contact the BBB and write what happened to them, call them 100 times, email them pleading for your money back and contacting AMEX to notify them of the tardy response. All of this to no avail... finally, I got hold of the presumably the owner, a man who told me his name was Joe Smith (right, whatever) and that FedEx never delivered anything and if I wnted my moeny back, I should take it up with them. Unfortunately, FedEx had a signature and the delivery guy knew the woman who signed for it well plus he recalled the whole exchange. The man screamed at me and told me he was sick and tired of FedEx not coming through for him and for me to leave him alone. I was shocked, I simply said "Well I'm glad I've spent so much money with you and merely asked for am $80 refund. I've learned a lesson sadly, don't return anything to Eve's". He called back 10 minutes later, apologized and gave me my refund... two months later. A lot of trouble. Sadly, the stuff is kinda cool and hundreds less than Tiffany's but some of it was slightly broken when it arrived and that is why I had to return a few things. But why must one go through such headache to get a refund when they are the one that boasts the refund policy??? Sad.
