Positively the best customer service I have ever dealt with! We purchased our Cerulean bed over 3 ˝ yrs ago. Prior to buying we researched just about every bedfrom Sleep Number to Serta. Comfortaire seemed to have what we were looking for and at the best price. So, I called Richard @ Nationwide and peppered him with questions for almost an hour, which he answered without any problem. I was impressed. We decided to purchase a week later and have been very impressed with the bed ever since. (Im finally keeping my promise to write a review of my experience with Nationwide & Richard)
PROS:
- EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE (Im in the military and travel a lotI have yet to find a more comfortable bedIts one of the things I look forward to coming home to)
- VERY PORTABLE (Ive moved five times since we bought it and every time weve moved Ive been grateful for itit only takes 20-30 min to tear down/install and is fairly lightmuch better than any king/queen bed Ive moved)
- CUSTOMER SERVICE (Besides the initial customer service, my recent experience truly made me a believer. About eight months ago, my side of the bed started losing air. I looked everywhere for the paperwork, but I couldnt find it. I just figured Id put up with it for a whileit wasnt too bad at first, but eventually it got to the point I had to fill it up every night. So I decided to call and figured Id have to pay full price for a replacement mattress. When I called the receptionist asked for my name and then connected me directly to Richard who still had record of when I purchased the bed. When I explained what was going on, his first question was, Why did you wait so long? He then walked me through what might be going wrong with the bed and had me try a few things. We isolated the problem and he had the replacement part sent immediately. Like I said before, incredible customer service. The new part has worked great ever since.
- WARRANTY (They actually honor it! Also, they have record of when you purchased it which makes the process significantly easier if you lose your paperwork)
CONS:
- IT DID HAVE A PROBLEM (But they resolved it almost immediately after I called them)
- MY SLEEP NUMBER DISPLAY (We purchased the hand held displays which actually show your number. When my bed started leaking, the display always showed 100% full, even after the bed had leaked a significant amount. This may have to do with the way the unit functionsIm not sure.)
BOTTOM LINE: The next bed I purchase will be from Nationwidemattress.com.
