I have NOTHING except bad experiences when it comes to Cingular. Many places where I go, there is no signal whatsoever while other plans have strong signals. No signals at work and this near Cisco buildings in San Jose. No signals in South San Jose. No signals in SF. Extremely bad reception in many other places. But the worst part is the fees. $.45 cents a MINUTE if you use up your allocated free minutes! That's .45 cents a minute!

And the customer service is the worst you can find. Maybe this is where all the FRY's sales guys go after leaving FRY's electronics. You will never speak to a worst bunch of idiots and jerks than here.

Stay as far away from Cingular as you possibly can. If you think putting a cell phone near your ear might cause cancer, wait until you sign up with Cingular.
