I shop often at the b&m ulta because there is one right by my house, but I have also, a few times, bought off of their online store. I have to say that of the two, I definitely prefer the real-life store. There is a large selection on the website, but it seems not as much as there is in-store, which is kind of hard to believe. If you have a giant warehouse somewhere, you should be able to fit more beauty products in there than at some dinky little store in a shopping center. Also, the b&m store has a really great loyalty program where you earn points for every dollar spent, but I don't think that there was even any place to enter your card number when I last shopped on the website. When I purchased I am pretty sure that they split my order into two different packages and that it took quite a while for either to arrive. They had some nice bonus codes for free shipping and for free gifts with purchase, but it isn't really worth it to me if I can just drive a few minutes to get to my near-by store. Also, in store there are ALWAYS deals that you can find, a phenomenon that I wasn't really able to replicate on the website. It was an okay shopping experience when I went online, just nothing that is going to convert me into only a online Ulta shopper.
