I have had Sprint PCS for over four years and it was time to buy a new phone and this is the one that I chose. It is a nice small phone, but not so small that you can barely talk into it (besides when they get too small, the reception gets bad). I also needed a phone that vibrates, and this one does, along with having a good variety of other rings that you can put with different types of things - calls with id, calls without id, messages, etc. The display is fantastic and very clear. What I like most though is the way this stores numbers by name... you can put a person's work, home, mobile, fax all in the same storage spot... then pick the one that is the speed dial option for that person. This really helps me because I like to scroll to the right person rather than remembering which friend is which speed dial number. This phone also makes it really simple to change the ringer volume... you don't have to scroll through a billion options, its right there on the side. My only complaints is that I thought the keypad was a little difficult to press, and I didn't think the phone was very comfortable when rested between your cheek and shoulder (lets face it, most of the time we use our cell phones, our hands are full with something). So far the reception and battery life has been excellent. I have yet to use the calendar and wireless web features (its also capable of voice command)... it definitely has plenty of features.
