I switched my cellular service about a year ago to sprint because of the amount of air time for the money and the quality crystal clear calls that they so heavily advertise.

People,don't fall for this like I did because only under ideal conditions will you ever get the crystal clear calls.The phone they sold me has a terrible reputation for it's ability to make calls indoors or in the vehicle.If you look at the coverage map on their web site you might think your'e covered but venture off of the main roads by about 10 miles either side and you will have no service.

Customer care is rude and will turn a blind ear to you in time of need.Being stranded and relying on this equipment and service is a scary thought.Two thumbs down on this one.
