Hershey's Gifts Online Store is a chocolate lover's secret hideaway on the internet. I love chocolate. Not a little, but I'd trade my car for a Hershey bar almost any day of the week. I love chocolate so much that while I was pregnant my husband and I vacationed at Hershey Park just so that I could eat my way into a happy chocolate coma. Hershey's Gifts Online Store is a great way for chocolate fanatics to get their fix and send gifts of the sweet stuff to deserving friends and family.
I was watching the food network the other day when a commercial came on for the Hershey's Gifts Online Store. The commercial had a boy giving his dad personalized Hershey's Kisses. I don't remember what the kiss label's said, but it wasn't "Hershey's Kisses". This commercial worked for me. I immediately went to the online store and began brousing the wares. There are many interesting chocolately gifts that you can choose from. After about 2 minutes of online looking, I made my choice and bought my husband a box of Hershey's Kisses with label's that said "I love you".
Choosing any item to purchase is very simple at the Hershey's Gifts Online Store. In fact, choosing a personalized gift at the web site was very easy. After deciding what item you want to purchase, the website walks you though all the choices. I choose Hershey's Kisses and the website asked me what I wanted the labels to say. I choose what I wanted and then the website asked me what size I wanted to order and how I wanted it packaged.
After making all of my choices, the website asked me how I wanted it shipped and when. I entered all shipping information, entered my credit card number and that was it. It was as easy as could be -- I shop online a lot and this was the shopping experience that you would expect at a good online merchant.
Later that day I received a confirmation of my order email and a day or two later I received a shipping confirmation email. The shipping confirmation email told me when I should expect the kisses in the mail (Monday). Monday morning, before 9 AM, the kisses were delivered.
The kisses look exactly how they looked online and they taste terrific. Very fresh and clearly Hershey's quality. The box that they were shipped in was covered in kisses, so I knew exactly what shipment had arrived before I even opened the box. I will be ordering from Hershey's again. It is so easy and the products are really cute.
Just one little side note -- ordering online at the Hershey's Gifts Online Store is on the pricey side. You will pay MUCH more than you would in the grocery store. But you can't get the personalized gifts they sell in the grocery store, so you are paying for the novelty.
