Rule # 1. Never write about a subject you do not understand. Woops. I've done it again.

Sorry about the lack of profanity, but in those days I think the only swear word that had been invented was "zounds."

I appreciate the kind words. Coming as they do from the King of Penis Poetry, I consider them quite an honor.

Thanks.

If it weren't for Robin Hood movies, I wouldn't know what that poem was about. Not much profanity in it, but hey... can't have everything! Good work.

ocf,

Couldn't come up with anything, huh? How about jury-rigging some kind of super weapon from a long bow and a catapult? There must be something you could add to make a functioning death ray. Maybe some of that French cheese.

haggis,

all that i know about the middle ages is from that crappy robin hood series from the 70s starring dick gautier. can you believe people back then thought polaroid snapshots and bathing would steal ones soul? imagine the stench in france in those times. i suspect their cheeses came from more dubious sources as a result.

Virginia,

Where is the button for Most Creative - or Most Funny - or just Most Haggis.

First one on the left, Virginia. First one on the left.

Ogden Nash! Didn't he write that parody on Trees that ended something like:

And unless the billboards fall
I'll never see a tree at all.

I'm not worthy my friend, but thank you for your kind comparison.

Hags

By the way, I absolutely loved your contribution to this write off. Classic!

aashok,

HAGGIS....I told you she was a spitter.

No my friend. A new third category: she's a spewer Somehow I think of spewing as more forceful than spitting.

Indeed this was written in a bar. I have the bev naps with the original notes to prove it. Very perceptive.

Katy,

I'm surprised Lady Lori didn't offer to show ya. After all, she's got this peeping tom mentality...

I'm very impressed with the way she is able to visit all of her stalkees on a nightly basis. If Santa ever croaks, she's the logical replacement. She certainly has the magic.

it sucked

It sucked majorly. It was the epitome of suckosity. Still, I appreciate the pity VH rating. I have no shame.

Yes Rico. It's all you fault. I used to have a real life before you introduced me to this addiction. May you burn in hell.

By the way, if your new toys have batteries, be sure and tell Doc. I'm pretty sure she would be interested.

Doc!

I spwewd my coffee at the first stanza..

And that's an understatement. I had to send both sets of curtains out to the cleaners. Geez. Be a little neater next time.

Great write off Doc. Apparently some people actually do know their lords from their ladies.

I want more buttons. This is so darn funny - Where is the button for Most Creative - or Most Funny - or just Most Haggis. You have a great talent, my friend - sort of reminds me of the great Ogden Nash. Did I tell you that I loved it?

"See, I don’t know Lords from Ladies;"

I'm surprised Lady Lori didn't offer to show ya. After all, she's got this peeping tom mentality... goin' 'round here tellin' all the folks about your keeping your shades open at night. She's really, really into nekkidness.

Nice shot at the W/O hon... I gave you a VH, but in truth, it sucked almost as bad as what I would've submitted! LMAO... but is WAS funny!
