Dawn Direct Foam Dish washing Detergent has got to be one of the best dish detergents ever invented! I saw the ad on the television and it looked interesting enough. I chose to try it next time I went to the market.
I went to Shaws Super Market here in Rhode Island where I ended up paying $4.99 for the Dawn Direct Foam Dish washing Detergent In 13.5 ounce size. I bought original pine rapids scent in the blue bottle. Smells like an ocean breeze type smell. Very nice.
I used it for the first time that night. We had hamburgers and fries, and ketchup was stuck to pretty much every one's plate. Also my daughter and I had baked some muffins with frosting on them, so the desert dishes had frosting on them. I really wanted to put the Dawn Direct Foam Dish washing Detergent to the test, so I waited until after I gave my daughter her bath before I did the dishes.
To be honest ,I thought a lot of scrubbing would still be involved. I am pleased to say that I was 100% wrong. I pumped a little of the Dawn Direct Foam Dish washing Detergent right on to the sponge, and the plates nearly wiped clean with one stroke. Everything that was stuck to the dishes just came right off with a basic wash, no scrubbing at all. Needless to say I was very impressed and actual enjoyed using it.
The following day we had Bacon and eggs for breakfast. My daughter who is not fond of eggs had oat meal. Bacon grease is no picnic to clean up as it is. But oatmeal, well, I just don't know anyone who enjoys scrubbing icky sticky oat meal out of a bowl. I again used it on the sponge, the oat meal came right off, no scrubbing just lightly washing.
The bacon grease grosses me out. I rinsed that first, emptied the grease out and then pumped a little of the Dawn Direct Foam Dish washing Detergent right into the pan. I wiped it right out. The pan was not greasy, there was no residue left behind. And I was able to finish my dishes with out killing my hands with scrubbing like I used to.
Those are my major challenges usually with doing dishes. The grease and stuck on hot cereals like oat meal and cream of wheat. With Dawn Direct Foam Dish washing Detergent that is no longer a problem. And the best part is that you are not using a lot of it all at once. A little pump here and there is all it takes.
The Dawn Direct Foam Dish washing Detergent is perfect if you only have a bowl or dish to wash too. Because since it only takes a little bit from the pump. Your not wasting your detergent. And your also not wasting your time filling up the sink for one bowl or dish anymore. There is no longer a need for me to pre-soak every thing that I wash. I can just do the dishes real quick and be done with it.
I would say that the Dawn Direct Foam Dish washing Detergent has saved me both time and money. It cut at least 10 minutes of scrubbing time out of the dishes routine. And as far as money goes. If you don't have to use much, you don't have to keep running out and buying it again, like you may with other regular liquid brands.
Dawn Direct Foam Dish washing Detergent is a product made by Procter and Gamble. A well known and well trusted company. Known for their great products all over the world. I must say that with the Dawn Direct Foam Dish washing Detergent they have really out done them selves. It is one amazing product.
Each bottle of Dawn Direct Foam Dish washing Detergent in the 13.5 ounce size has approximately 250 pumps of detergent! Liquid detergents run out 3 times faster than the Dawn Direct Foam Dish washing Detergent. I would know since I keep track of how often I buy certain products to fix the budget around everything. Some thing I have done since I was 13 years old. A little compulsive maybe, but I have never gone over my budget.
I pretty much was buying 4 regular bottle of detergent in liquid form every month. Using 3 and a half of them through out that amount of time. However, with the Dawn Direct Foam Dish washing Detergent I am only buying 2 and going through not even a full one and a half of it. Figuring it in, I save at least $5.00 more per month. And I do less work, which means more time for myself, and more energy for me.
I have never had to scrub a pan since I began using Dawn Direct Foam Dish washing Detergent. My work load is lighter and I do not get as tired while doing dishes. Even large loads seem small. Small loads of dishes now seem easy. It is even a little fun to use this. You get the sense of accomplishment of getting your job done with out all the hassle of the work. I call it the laziest way to do dishes right!
I have even been turning others on to it. My sister now uses it, my sister in law. But more importantly my mother. She has C.O.P.D and is on oxygen. I can honestly say she used to let her dishes just pile up on a day that was bad for her breathing because she could not stand there for that amount of time and put that scrubbing effort in. But now she can do her own dishes with hardly any effort at all. She does not let them pile up and she is not out of breath by the time she is done.
I highly recommend Dawn Direct Foam Dish washing Detergent! It has helped me as well as the people in my life. I will never again use any other brand. I will always swear by Dawn Direct Foam Dish washing Detergent. It is the best by far. The smell is nice too. And it doesn't linger soap behind. It rinses so easy. Again, I highly recommend it to all.
