We recently had the opportunity to purchase some computer equipment through Computers4Sure at work. We needed a specific printer and they were the ones with the best overall price. I will try to give you my experiences with this company.
Product Selection and Availability
Computers4Sure has an excellent selection of products. The printer we needed was not available locally but they not only had the printer, they had it in stock. Several other sites we looked at claimed to have the printer, but did not have it in stock. While their selection may not be the most up to date, it is fairly extensive. If you are not looking for the toys of tomorrow you will probably fins it here.
Customer Service
Computers4Sure has very good customer service. As a federal credit union, we are exempt from state sales tax. There was no way to take care of this on the web-site so I called the company. Their customer service was quick to respond. A couple questions, a quick email and the whole issue was resolved. I definitely give their Customer Service department an A.
Price and Shipping & Handling
As I mentioned above Computers4sure had the best overall price for this printer. They did not however, have the lowest price in general. They were a little higher than several other online retailers. Computers4Sure has one characteristic that I would like to see other online retailers pick up on. They are not going to make a huge profit on the shipping and handling. They make their profit on the product and you get the same product for less overall since you are not paying exorbitant shipping and handling fees.
Delivery
The printer we ordered was delivered on time and in impeccable condition. None of the usual battered boxes we are used to seeing when we order from an online retailer. There were no problems at all with the shipment and they even offered online tracking of the package. Not that we needed it.
Overall
I would have to say that Computers4Sure is one of the winners in the online retailers market. If they continue with the business model and customer service they have, they will keep customers happy and keep them coming back. If you are looking for computer products online I would recommend a quick check of Computers4Sure to see if they have what you need. They don’t appear to have the most cutting edge technology, but they save you money by waiting for the prices to come down to a reasonable level.
