Natural vitamins vs synthetic - should this even be a question?

Jun 13 '03

The Bottom Line Natural is the way to go because that is how we are designed.

Up until recently I used what I thought was the best vitamin and mineral supplement available. We all want to get what is best for our bodies. Additionally, if you are taking vitamins, you want to know your body is absorbing them. There are significant differences in the source of a vitamin and whether or not your body is actually receiving benefit from it and absorbing it. It makes all the sense in the world that are bodies are not designed to absorb synthetic substances, which are man made. Our bodies will thrive when given nutrition from the purest of sources. We have recently switched to a form of supplement that is 100% natural in a liquid formula offering even better absorption rates than the best pill vitamins on the market. If you are still not sure what is best for your body, think about it this way...you make sure you put the right gas in your vehicle, right? Then why would you want anything less than the best for your #1 vehicle - your body.
