If the supplement is made from all natural food sources, then it would stand to reason based exactly on what you said in your comment that it would be much more readily absorbed by the cells of our bodies. I definitely would not put all supplements in the same category as they are not all manufactured or produced with the same standards.

More info... (Reply to this comment)

I agree with Cal, more info is needed to make this a Very Helpful review about the difference between natural and synthetic vitamin choices.
Secondly I would be curious to know what you are basing your opinion on. Yes it is true that many vitamins are synthetic, ie. not naturally derived, but the Biochemical structure of the vitamins is exactly the same, so how could absorption be different. It is true that absorption is much better via natural source, meaning eating the actual fruits and veggies etc. that the vitamins come from, but as far as supplements go there is very very little difference. Just some food for thought.

Perhaps you could elaborate a little more on the topic, "How to Choose Between Natural and Synthetic Supplements"?
