my comment to you is that my hair was colored and now it is damaged with short,split ends what do i do . is it good for me to cut my hair short and start over, what do i do. please help me.

That you follow the instructions to the tee but your hair still comes out pink... Having just had one of these times, I think its back to letting the professionals do my hair again...
