I am writing from Brazil, and a couple of months I´ve been looking for a VPS Windows Plan, (good and cheap).
I found gate.com, lunarpage.com and easycgi.com, comparing with this plans, gate would be better than others but after start the order I had a surprise:more 35 US$ to 1 year of support!!! (note any place in website says something about this "new" tax). I canceled the order and started with lunarpages.
I bought a business plan, but after some days nobody send me instruction to access my new account. Then I call the phone, and someone gave me instruction to access the chat.
Sarwan Jassi, ask me some question and explain me that you don't have VPS Windows Plan, only dedicated one, after some 1 hour (more or less) I told him that I would like to cancel my order.
I told him, that I will go to easycgi, after some minutes, he said that he talked with his supervisor and that he will configure the a new VPS windows account OFF cost!!!! Because it's a Beta one.
Today, Sarwan Jassi and I, (start, the game again) and he solved all my questions, canceled the old Linux plan, and right now he is configuring my new VPS windows server.
Let me tell you! It's was a great job!!! My english isn't good but Mr Sarwan Jassi have patient to listen my problem, talk with his supervisor and give me a solution.
It´s was a best support! A hope after beta time, the level of support continues, that the price be cheap and that Sarwan Jassi, help me always over there.
