Be wary. Bizrate works for the sellers, not buyers.

I've done casual surveys for a web site after a purchase using bizrate. I think it's a valuable service for the sellers. But keep in mind Bizrate's customers are sellers, and here's how I know.
If you go to bizrate.com they present the ability for consumers to add unsolicited reviews. I recently had a poor experience with a company. I also explained that this was one bad experience along with several good. I created an account, wrote a review, and waited for approval. My review being informative rather than inflammatory shouldn't have had any issues. Well it never got put up and they deleted the account I created.
Obviously this web site has NO benefit to consumers. The posted reviews are bland, non informative one liners. That should tell you everything you need to know. Epinions rocks in comparison.
