Pros:Flavorful, juicy grilling. Well made, and built to last. Weber is THE charcoal grilling standard.
Cons:I wish it came in an American-Flag color scheme for the ultimate Independence-Day grilling experience.
The Bottom Line: If you want to GRILL, burn charcoal in a WEBER. Anything else is just cooking, and you can do that in a kitchen.
Some people may think charcoal grills are all the same - those people are wrong. The shape and size of the Weber charcoal grill is perfect. Some grills are too square, some too shallow, some too tall, and some are a pain to use.

The Weber design is simple: It is a perfectly shaped round dome, which allows the heat from the coals to directly heat the bottom side of the food, and then is redirected by the dome lid back down to the top of the food for indirect, moist heat. KEEP THE LID ON FOR PERFECT, JUICY GRILLED FOOD. The shape of the lid and the distance between the coals and the grill is perfect.
The grill is well made of long lasting porcelain-enameled steel. The hardware which is exposed to the elements daily is all aluminum alloy - no rusting here.
The grill has an easy airflow control via a single lower intake lever to control the heat of the coals, and a swiveled 'gate' on the dome lid to fine-tune the temperature and to control smoke and moisture.
Buy a good cover for the grill, keep it clean, and you will be grilling up to your potential for many years to come.
