You do see through to the heart of the matter. Very powerful, many of us (women) will be able to relate to this. I know I did. My heart is still pounding.

Excellent,

I could tell this was about Karen specifically, but you really captured what most women feel. Therapy with her is going to be powerful!

David,

Wow, great piece! I enjoyed reading it. It is amazing how you really jumped into this character's skin and took over. Thanks for posting!

God, this is so beautiful David!!! -- It made me cry.

I saw myself in this which made me cry even more. If am correct in my assumption, which I know that I am since you told me so. It's too bad I inspired such a sad piece!

It's OK though -the fact that you thought of me, expressed it so beautifully and share in my troubles melts my heart!

I love you David,
Karen

David,

This is great. Truly. Very powerful. You do have a wonderful way of seeing through someone else's eyes. Nice job.

Very sensitive, DavidMac.

To be in someone else's skin is not easy. I especially like the image of the swimming pool.

Suggestion: Work on "She drank so as to dull the pain."

Regards.
