because the developer, Anderson Che, has worked out the bugs. I had some serious problems with Avant until July of 2004. These days it runs like a well-oiled machine. Check it out and update your review. He has been able to slow down the new versions from every couple of weeks to a few months. I think he is living up to the potential you saw in this one.

you should update it. The guy who wrote Avant has been diligently working on it for the past year, and it is 100% better than the version you had. I've been using it now for about 4 months, and haven't had anything bad to report. It once had a problem with one web site on one day, but it went away when I uninstalled and reinstalled a new copy. Once you have it for a while and tweak it out it is geometrically better than IE, and the creator updates it nearly monthly. He really cares about his application. Try it again and update your story because when Rpillingrock speaks, people listen. Joel (jmb623)

to use this and then too found it to be a bit buggy and uninstalled and i hope they do end up fixing it because i really loved it - you did a way better job than i could ever hope to :)

to IE, I quit using Opera. I was sorely tempted to try the Avant Browser until I read your notes on the cons. Thanks for saving me from a buggy download.
