Sorry to read about your negative experience with Dreamtime Baby. At this point I am assuming that they probably have an easy ordering process, and nice advertised selection, but it would appear from what you shared they might have a serious problem with their customer service and customer satisfaction.
I hope your next online shopping experience is a little better and look forward to you sharing your next purchasing experience with us.
