Rhapsody Digital Music Online Service is SO Horrible!!! I had such a bad experience with it! First I couldn't download the Rhapsody player on my computer (I have a newer computer and Windows XP). I tried and re-tried, then I contacted technical support for help. They got back to me the next day and sent me some instructions that still didn't help me. I tried a bunch of other instructions and advice they gave me. I fiddled with the settings on my computer and nothing helped me at all, so I decided to just cancel my free trial. I waited on the phone listening to really bad music for 15 minutes, then had to spell out my name and email address a hundred times for a dim-wit agent with a bad accent. After explaining why I wanted to cancel, he tried to lure me not to cancel with immediate technical support and another month free. However by that time, I had enough hassle with Rhapsody and I just wanted to be completely through with it. So the bottom line is: forget Rhapsody, try another music downloading site if you can. Avoid the headache, I’m warning you right now.
Rhapsody might seem like an affordable and great choice for downloading music, but it’s not.
