STAY AWAY FROM Half Price Hosting!

Cons:Hosting (what that's everything)
The Bottom Line: Any money you save will made up in time you spend dealing with these people stay away!

The orderform my Dad's company, Zooom Beverage (www.zooombev.com), uses to send orders online has been down for 5 months over the past year. When I move the site to a different domain I host with halfpricehosting.com it works fine, which shows there was nothing wrong with my website.

They have a "99% uptime guarantee" when I contacted them to take them up on their guarantee, they failed to respond and ignored my complaint. I have documented proof of the site downtime.

They contacted the previous webmaster with sensitive information about my account (gave him the password to zooombev.com)

They disabled my site for a week without notice in the begining of this year.

After finally fixing my problem after 4 months of downtime (of the orderform not the entire site), on 6/5 they disabled the ordering feature because it "wasn't part of my hosting plan". They didn't contact me to tell me they disabled it, they just disabled it. I know because orders stoped coming in on that day, and we average 4 or 5 orders a week when the site is working. ASPMail was supported with my hosting plan, and now they are telling me it requires upgrading my hosting service plan. Their way of informing me of this change was apparently to disable my orderform, which is important to Zooom's business and reputation.

It is very hard to expect Zooom Beverage's customers to rely on our site when it is so terribly inconsistant.
