My mouse review:   

  This "mouse" is the best. Very ergonomic. You don't need to move your hand at all, and you can hold it anywhere, on your lap, in front, on the side, even in the air. Your hand position is very comfortable and the center wheel works like any regular mouse. The trackball can be cleaned easily.

The sensor works great, but if you have a metal desk you may need to reposition it.

Set up is a breeze.

The only problem is that if you are doing real precision work you may need to use your regular mouse instead. I have both attached and use whichever one is more convenient at the time. There are no conflicts.
