Extremely frustrating. Damaged merchandise. Pitiful customer service response. I am ready to scream!

This was my first order and it has been a nightmare. I ordered two vanities. One arrived broken. A replacement was shipped. It arrived broken and I refused delivery. I was told they were out of vanities, so I returned both the vanities.
I have been expecting my credit card to be reimbursed for these vanities I paid for on February 12. I went to check on status of the credit and discovered two more vanities had been shipped. (We already purchased vanities locally.)
Now, I'm told I have to wait for UPS to deliver them in a week or so, then contact Overstock again to return them, and wait ONCE AGAIN for a refund. This has been extremely frustrating.
I want my money back. I don't want any more vanities, broken or otherwise.
Is there a manager anywhere in that company that cares about a customer's extremely negative first ordering experience? I don't think so.
