Do not buy this washer. The clothes knot and come out a wrinkled mess. Some of the clothes don't even get wet until halfway through the cycle. I finally called tech when I got really fed up. He was very patronizing and told me I had to read the manual. One of the things he said was that this machine was not made for small or medium loads. Honestly, there are times when everyone has a small load and doesn't want to wait for stains to set (dinner napkins, etc.). That is ridiculous. Also, can't mix loads (he said). So I guess I shouldn't even think about throwing dinner napkins in with towels. That's a no-no. He told me I cant do sheets and towels in the same load. He also couldn't tell me how to wash an electric blanket. I tried on bulky and parts didn't even get wet. Then I tried rinse and spin and it didn't spin. And on and on. You need an engineering degree. The salesmen at the Sears store are selling you a dud. They don't tell you any of this stuff. I will never recommend this machine. Do not get it if you want clean and unwrinkled clothes or if you want the cycles completed without stopping and giving error messages about overloads (constantly). Sears tech was no help.
