I have to admit that I don't bid on anything else but phone cards but I haven't paid for long distance in over a year. Even though the amount of coins you can earn has decreased dramatically, it's still fairly easy to earn them. You can earn coins by logging in, bidding, referrals, buying at certain web sites and clicking on links in the email they send you just about every day.
Bidding is easy, winning is a little harder. I usually go to the end of the list and bid small amounts to get my coins for bidding. When I have enough coins to actually try for a prize, I just bid the maximum amount that I'm willing to pay on an auction about to end and hope for the best.
The only problem I've ever encountered with Qool is that they are a little slow in getting the prizes to you. Even the phone cards that come in your email often take several weeks to arrive.
Overall, though Qool is a good program and I enjoy doing it.
