Nero Burning ROM - Burns All The Competition Away!

I have recently purchased Nero Burning ROM for my computers. I currently use it on my Gateway Performance 1500xl computer. It is 1.5GhZ with a Pentium 4 proccessor. The CD-RW I use is a Yamaha 16/10/40x. I used to use Adaptec Easy CD Creator, but after a while, I realized that it just wasn't as good as I wanted it to be. So I went to the store, and bought Nero Burning ROM after hearing so many good things about it. Here's what I found:
Price:
Nero Burning ROM costs about $60 in stores usually. I think that it is well worth it. I have seen other programs, but none compare to Nero Burning ROM. Nero is just as easy to use as Adaptec Easy CD Creator, which comes with most CD-RWs. However, Nero Burning ROM can burn S-VCDs. While the other programs can't. I've also never had under buffering problems with Nero Burning ROM. So, the $60 for it is well worth it... You don't have to think twice, Nero Burning ROM is the best.
Ease of Use:
Nero Burning ROM uses a drag-and-drop interface like Adaptec Easy CD Creator. However, Nero Burning ROM has many more features compared to the counterparts. Even though it has many more features, it isn't much harder to use. Even though ti took a little while to get used to it in the beginning, after about 15 minutes, I was using it like a pro. It is very easy to burn audio CDs, file CDs, and video CDs. Just spend about 15 minutes looking through the menus and features, and then you'll quickly get the hang of it. However, if you are unable to use anything period... Just stick to programs like Adaptec Easy CD Creator.
Features:
Nero Burning ROM is loaded with features. The thing that I love most about it is that you can burn S-VCD videos. You see, there are movie files called DiVx files, that are VCD. You can burn VCD movies onto CD-R discs... And you can play them on your DVD player if it has either dual-lasers, or it supports CD-Rs. The VCD format itself is quite poor quality, but it is still watchable. However, S-VCD comes closer to DVD quality, or at least the quality is quite good. I've tried out other pieces of software, and they are unable to burn S-VCD files. There are other nice features, such as that you can get something like an extra 4 minutes on a CD-R if your CD-RW supports it. I don't know how that works, but it is neat.
Performance:
There is no comparison between the performance of Nero Burning ROM and Adaptec CD Creator. Nero seems to burn with better quality (I don't know if it does, but when I played audio CDs on my home theater, the quality seemed clearer). Nero also doesn't have under buffering like Adaptec does. For example, if you're burning a CD with Adaptec and you're multi-tasking, the CD will stop burning, and you'll have a ruined CD. However, I was able to run programs like Winamp and look at pictures on my computer while burning CDs on Nero Burning ROM. It's nice to have a program like this. The performance is just incredible compared to other programs. If you want something with excellent performance regarding speed, quality, and buffering, then you should buy Nero Burning ROM.
The Verdict:
Nero Burning ROM will give you everything you need, and it will also give you more than you could want. What I love about Nero Burning ROM is that it is fairly easy to use, you can burn S-VCDs, and all the other types of discs that you need. It also seems like the audio CDs that are burned through Nero Burning ROM come out better quality than with programs such as Adaptec CD Creator. If you want the best that you can get regarding CD burning utilities, then you really should get Nero Burning ROM. It's just an amazing program, and it without any doubt burns away all the competition.
