I also LOVE Nero. I use it for many burning processes... (Mainly for VCD/SVCD) But, don't trash EZCD Creator that much! The newest version, is far far superior to the old EZCD Creator of old. I actually prefer the news EZCD over the Nero, which is amazing.
But, if it ain't broke, don't fix it? Right?

You also might be interested in a little program called nero2cdi. This can take ISO's and BIN/CUE's and convert them into CDI images for Disk Juggler. Disk Juggler is the absolute BEST program to burn ISO images, and CDIs (DJ3's file). Mainly, PSX, PS2 and DC games...
