Good website. (Elliptical Superstore) Easy search engine w/helpful descriptions and diverse product selection. Competitive pricing and free shipping a plus. Purchased a Schwinn 418 Elliptical. Great product!!
However, the unit did not ship the same business day. (Partly due to credit card processing) Unit shipped via Roadway. Carrier not very accommodating if you needed a weekday delivery. Would not leave the product outside of my garage because of semi truck delivery. Needed someone to be present to assist the driver in removing the item from the back of semi trailer and to confirm receipt. Extra charge was to be added if requesting a truck w/a lift. Chose to have the product delivered on a Saturday so I could be available to assist the driver and avoid additional freight charges. Was promised an AM delivery.(8-Noon) Driver called @ 10:30AM to get directions from another delivery site about 1Hr. away. 12:30 came and went w/no delivery or phone call. Had to call the driver back to get a time confirmation. Driver was lost and didn't arrive until 1:30 PM. Turns out that the truck arrived equipped w/a lift so my presence was not necessary. Too many contradictions w/carrier. (Dispatcher had a different story for delivery than driver)
Mercantila should look for a new carrier for delivery. Other than that, the unit assembled easily and the whole family is pleased w/its performance.
