Just wanted to take a moment to let everyone know of the wonderfully dreadful experience I had with Heartland America. Between poor and bad mannered customer service and order tracking issues. Very poorly handled, and the customer support is not very helpful at all. I can honestly say that I will not be using this service again if my order ever gets here. My order was placed on Friday morning and when I contacted you support area by phone on Monday night after not receiving any kind of confirmation on my order and got absolutely no help at all. Then after I called back as I was told to do the night before I was told my order was cancelled due to a mistake between my billing address and resident address, and still I received no confirmation on this until after I called. Will I receive my item at all after sending this in, I wonder? Probably nearer to the end of summer instead of the new estimated delivery date of April 10th, where as my prior date was April 3rd. Now since this issue was caused by faults on your end, I would think that you could have atleast expedited my shipment. But when I asked the customer support lady about this, I was told that I would be charged $20 extra and wouldn't receive it til next week still. All in all, I am a very unsatisfied customer, and will be recommending to others not to use this service, due to poor support and terrible shipping issues.
