The Bottom Line: This phone is now obsolete. I haven't tried the new LG's but i'm sure they are better in quality. Its worth the try.

The LG VX6100. My first real cell phone. I have had this little jewel for about two years now. Actually, I'm on my second one. The first was turned into insurance. Let me start by saying that this phone is very hardy. I have dropped it Lord knows how many times onto concrete. I simply pick it back up and go about my business, nothing to worry about there.
The phone has an integrated camera with Hi, Med, Lo resolution. It also has a digital zoom feature, x2, x4, x8.
The camera can take antique looking photos, black and white, negative, and normal of course. It has quick access buttons! If you want text, just hit down on the D-pad. If you want silence, hold the side button down.
This is a very versatile phone. It records voice notes, takes pictures, texts, has a calendar, world clock, calculator, tip calculator, has a browser, all the junk you don't really need. But you have to keep up with the Jones' so they throw it in there.
The main issue I have had with my LG is the paint chipping and the screws coming out of the back. The software is nearly flawless (There was one instance when it froze and i had to take out the battery to restart it). The hardware is cheap, the case paint came off so my phone is grey now. The outer face cracked so i had to get it replaced. The screws constantly need retightening in the back.
It is decent when you take into consideration where it came from. The Korean market is still a young and growing one. I would buy an LG again given that it was made out of better materials.
