I personally enjoy shopping with them. Their site is easy to navigate and prices are affordable. The best part is that they give you extra freebies on every purchase. The delivery service is speedy as well. I would normally receive my orders after a week I've placed my order online. Customer service wise, I have to give a mix review. I asked for a watch and ring set as a free product. I received a shampoo and a jar of anti-again cream instead. During next business I called the customer service line to inquire about this and she told me that they ran out. I told them that I can't use the shampoo (contained some ingredients I'm allergic to) and I would like to send the package back to get a different freebie. She told me to keep it and give it to someone and she also gave me the fleece throw for free (my second freebie option from the list). My second call to the customer service was horrible. He was rude to me and said it was my fault. I had to tell him twice before he understood what I was talking about (they charged me a shipping fee although my order was over $25). I think he's new and did not know that shipping is free over $25 of purchases? He kept on referring "no ma'am, you have to pay the shipping fee, we gave you the 10% discount already." My credit card was finally credited after a week.
