From reading the other reviews here on RockAuto, you need to be careful what you order from them. That said, whenever I order parts of any kind, I make sure I know what I am getting. Generally, I will look at the part on the manufacturers website to make sure that it will fit if it is not an OEM part. I recently placed an order for spark plugs with RockAuto. My car has 16 plugs and I wanted to get good spark plugs. I usually don't order maintenance car parts online as the local auto stores' prices are about even given shipping costs. However, in this case, RockAuto beat the local chain stores' prices significantly. And, there was a rebate from the manufacturer to boot. They shipped quickly and I received the spark plugs in 2 days. I find their site easy to navigate and they seems to have their act together with the status of parts. They tell you whether or not a part is in stock. If it is not in stock, they give you an approximate ship date. That's what all sites need to have.
