A dissatisfied business user of Sprint PCS

I'm a fairly heavy user of my mobile phone for business (1,000 to 1,500 minutes per month).
I've been with them since Sep. 2000 and can't wait to get out.
Twice in the past ten months I was ready to break the contract and pay the penalty if only to get out of their service. Both times they kept me in with promises of better service and credits to my balance.
But enough is enough.
To illustrate how bad it is... even when I am stationary calls get dropped.
It's not the hardware. I have an expensive phone (a Samsung 9200 I think is what it is) that cost $200 before the rebate.
You're supposed to contact them by dialing *2 to get credit for dropped calls but sometimes while holding I'll get dropped.
My advice. Don't sign a contract until you've tested the service for a few months. I'm going to take a prepaid plan before signing this next time around.
