I finally had to break down and get a cell phone. I travel a lot to the Washington and Oregon Coast alone, and thought it would be handy if my car ever broke down (not that it ever will though..knock knock knock.). I looked at all the wireless services, and Verizon was truly the best choice. They have WAY better coverage than any of the others around here. They offer the National coverage, which is great, and also the Western States coverage where no extra charge is involved. The sound quality has always been near perfect for me. Both on my end and on the receiving end. Now and then I have noticed that it sounds a little burbly underwater like, but this has been rare for me. Customer service has always treated me respectfully and resolved my problems very quickly and efficiently. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes to get through to them. I do have the prepaid plan so I dont know if there is a difference in service between the two. I have therefore never had billing questions either. Overall, I love the service through Verizon and dont think I will change to any other Company in the near or far future. Coverage is what counts!!
