Absolutely wonderful customer service. I just ordered from MagazineLine, after finding them through a Google search, for the first time a few days ago. A day later, I realized I made a mistake in the magazine I ordered and had to call in to see if I could still cancel it. The first person was extremely friendly and said it was no problem. She apparently made a small system error in doing so and I received an order confirmation the next day, but when I called in again they were even more friendly, said what happened, and handled the cancellation quickly and easily.
So, didn't end up with a complete order in the end, but from the customer service I received alone on the phone, I'll very likely use them in the future and recommend them,.
