I sure wish I would have checked with your website first. Yes, they are a wolf in sheep's clothing. They clearly misrepresent their product. Item was listed on line as 1 Pack, with 6 items in the package. The price was the best I had found so I decided to inquire if that was correct via a phone call with customer service prior to placing my order, I was told that it was. I placed the order and only one of the 6 items arrived. I contacted customer service. I was asked to send proof, which I did, twice. I never heard back from her. Contacted them again via instant on line chat, and was told, "Sorry, it's a mistake". No effort was even attempted to take care of the mistake or their customer. I had to insist they send a call tag to pick up their product for return. Can't wait to see how long I will have to wait for them to credit my account properly. I think I will take the other reviewers advice, I am going to contact my Credit Card company and let them handle it. By the way, I checked the website again, it still misrepresents it's product as 6 items in a pack.
