I have ordered two books from Powells now and I am very pleased with the service I received. The prices were very competitive and I saved money. Shipping was cheap. I received my books in just days, at the time I had ordered these I was over 2900 miles away so I was very impressed. I bought both books seconds hand and both books looked like new. Powells shows you prices for both new and used and lists the condition of each used book in stock. They also have a nice member center where you can have them notify you of any book they may have out of stock, manage your account detail and track you orders.
The service was so much better I will now do all of my online book shopping with Powells.
