I am having some serious issues with the service of this site. I was charged twice for my iron (along with 2 day shipping), and am having trouble communicating with customer service to have this taken care of, and the iron didn't get here anywhere close to 2 days. They did not ship my order for at least 5 days.
[Edit #1: What I thought to be a double charge was just a hold on my account that basically reserved the money in my account for my order until they took the money out of my account. It took a while to figure this out, though, because I had to email back and forth with Folica and my bank. I did however get responses to almost all of my emails, and they said that they will refund my shipping charges because it took so long to get to me. Whether they do it or not, I'll have to update you on.]
I sent a long, angry email to them because I could not get through to a single soul through their phone, and I inquired about both issues. I told them that the shipping was the least of my concerns, however they replied to my email telling me that they would refund the shipping, but did not say anything else. I am waiting to see if they even reply to me asking what they're doing about the double charge.
I bought a CHI 2" Turbo flat iron from them and am very happy with it. It is actually the best iron I have used, and as far as I can tell, it is the real thing and not a knock-off. It was at a discounted "whole-sale" price. The trouble is definitely not worth the discount. Spend the extra money and get it elsewhere. They might charge you double, anyway.
