Kodakgallery.com presented an online special of 30% off or prints for 10 cents vs. the normal 15 cents. They ran the special for a while and then extended it by 1 week. I made a couple orders of about 400 pictures and prepared one more order of about another 100. The special sale was supposed to end on 041107 and when I tried to check out at 11:10 p.m. eastern time the sale was not available. I sent a brief narrative of what happened and Tracy S. from the Kodak gallery site sent a credit for the difference in prices plus an additional $3 16 minutes before she was supposed to start working. I was glad to see such an immediate response and completed my order without any problems. Sale or no sale, you can rest assured that I'll be ordering from Kodakgallery.com in the future.
