The Bottom Line Yawn...even more useless info about me.
A lot of people have been grumbling lately about the excessive biographical information write-offs that have been popping up here on Epinions lately. I, for one, kinda enjoy them, although frankly, I have so much personal info on some of you I can keep FBI-type files. Anyhoo, the premise of this write off is to submit some sort of biographical information in a countdown format. As soon as the entries started filing in, I knew I had to join. Of course things (work, life) get in the way, so I'm...late. Oh well, at least I showed up. Anyway, without further ado, here goes: 10 bands I've been listening to lately This is not in order, by the way 10)Maroon 5 9) Thicke 8) Dag 7) Anthony Hamilton 6) The Brothers Johnson 5) John Mayer 4) Jill Scott 3) A Tribe Called Quest 2) Jason Mraz 1) Audioslave 9 things I look forward to 9) the 2003-2004 NBA season 8) getting paid! (can I get an AMEN???) 7) John Mayer's new album (September 9th-shameless plug) 6) The VMA's this coming Thursday 5) catching up on the ton of DVD movies I own and haven't watched yet 4) getting laid (it'll happen again...someday) 3) meeting some crazy Epinions folks at the meet & greet in September. 2) the Mexican food I ordered a while ago (and it just came in-resulting in a dinner break before I resume this essay) 1) autumn! summers are great but I won't mind when the temp takes a bit of a dip. 8 things I like to wear 8) boxerbriefs (all other types of underwear should be banned) 7) baseball caps (love em) 6) my Roger Clemens & Tino Martinez Yankee t-shirts 5) my wallet w/the chain attached (the best invention in the world for someone as forgetful as I) 4) my second wallet/leather wristband (where I actually put my money) 3) my falling-apart 2 year-old pair of Nikes 2) my backpack-I've got it everywhere I go 1) my glasses-otherwise I'm the black Mr. Magoo 7 things that annoy me 7) people who won't admith they're wrong 6) Kobe Bryant (his smug a** got shut up) 5) people who will stop at nothing to let you know the way they feel about things but won't stop and listen to the way YOU feel. 4) people who take more than they give 3) really feminine men (sorry-but I believe that as long as you've got something between your legs you should act like a MAN-sorry for being un-p.c.) 2) people who eat ice cream (I'm lactose intolerant) 1) people who play mind games instead of being honest. 6 things that I touch everyday 6) my CD player 5) my cats 4) my computer 3) a toothbrush/deodorant bottle/bar of soap 2) my house keys 1) i'm grasping at straws here...uh...my bed? Not a great ending, but I wanted to forgo the one obvious thing I touch every day (and if you don't know what that is...) 5 things I do everyday 5) eat 4) pee (I have a woman's bladder) 3) listen to music 2) drink water (which usually leads to #4) 1) check my e-mail 4 people you want to spend time with 4) all the cool epinions people that I haven't met in real life (such a kissa*s) 3) Michael Jackson (even though i will never get the chance, what with me not being a 13-year old white kid and all) 2) My best friend and homey stromey who doesn't read my reviews and never will, so no need to name-drop. 1) do my cats count as people? They almost are... 3 movies I could watch over & over again 3) "The Breakfast Club" 2) "American Pie" (any of the three) 1) "South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut" (a movie I own on DVD & VHS, in addition to seeing it in the movies twice) 2 of my favorite bands at the moment (Isn't this a duplicate question?) 2) Maroon 5 1) matchbox twenty 1 person that I'd spend the rest of my life with Well, I'd hope that all my good friends will be around for the duration, but i haven't met that one *special* person yet. I am accepting applications, though. "Single Black dude with incredible music collection seeks life partner. Must enjoy stupid comedy movies and the New York Yankees. Athletic skill, champion beer drinking and overall goofiness a definite plus" Woo hoo! Sounds like a winner. Anyway, thanks to Bella4 for starting this fun write-off.
