A couple months ago I ordered a book from Amazon and when I received it I was shocked to find a title completely different from the one I had requested. The invoice was for some guy in Indiana! (Obviously someone had fallen asleep at the switch.)
Fending off anger, I got online and was able to apply for a return postage sticker within minutes. I was then able to send to book back on Amazon's bill...eventually the correct book came. Not a great experience overall, but at least they fix their problems.
