I like to surprise my family by serving a dessert
with dinner from time to time.
It is an easy way to do something special
for the ones you love.
I do not serve my family a lot of foods high
in fat and calories. I love my family
That is one of the reasons I love this recipe.
Most of the regular ingredients used are
relatively low in fat and calories.
But can be made to be even lower without
sacrificing the taste!
This recipe requires no cooking.
Great for the hot summer months!
Banana Pudding is one of the easiest desserts
to make that I have ever found!
Ingredients You Will Need
2 (3.4 oz.) boxes instant vanilla pudding
3 1/2 cups cold milk
6 ~ 8 bananas (depending on size)
1 package vanilla wafers
Arrange the vanilla wafers to cover the bottom
and sides of a deep bowl.
Slice the bananas ~ and place the slices
on top of wafers on the bottom.
Mix the pudding according to the directions
found on the box for pie.
The pudding directions will make it too thick.
Pour about 1/3 to 1/2 of pudding over the bananas.
Continue to layer wafers, bananas, and pudding.
You should get two to three layers ~
depending on how wide the bowl is.
Crumble about 1/4 to 1/2 cup of the vanilla wafers
and sprinkle on top of the last layer of pudding.
Place the dish of Banana Pudding you have just made
into refrigerator. Chill at least one hour ~
and serve! Makes about 6 servings in my house!

Diabetics may need to look into sugar free
