Months have passed. Mistakes by Zenni Optical are the reason. Everything seemed OK but that all changed as soon as their mistakes were called to their attention. Went from OK to monstrous. Read their "guarantee" VERY carefully. You will see the customer pays EVERY TIME. It's just a matter of how much. Now what kind of guarantee is that except that you will be cheated out of some amount even when Zenni Optical is entirely at fault? Customer service is horrible, horrible, horrible. Constant denials and delays and bogus excuses benefit them - after all, they have your money. That could not happen unless that was S.O.P. for Zenni Optical. Everything a company should NOT be. Really sad. Not worth it. Decide for yourself.
