ER... you got me there Doc... I don't even know what SCTV stands for... maybe it didn't reach the UK?

The ones I remember from my early days are Star Trek (the original), Space 1999, Lost in Space, and my favourite ('cos it's just soooooooooooooo cheesy, each planet was so obviously based around the same gravel pit somewhere in Surrey, the aliens made you cry with laughter, and because the characters spent more time arguing with each other than fighting the baddies - very realistic!) - Blake's 7. (When I was a kid I never worked out that the 7th member was The Liberator!)

Maybe someone else knows, but not me... :(

There's a Monty Python sketch with a bunch of Bruces, but I'm not sure about Daves.

what was that show about 15 years ago? With all the Daves? They even had a 'Dave' song.. was it SCTV?

My brain keeps trying to conjur up those lyrics now...

You mean.....I've arrived? Really??

I thought you've arrived when some idiot who doesn't hide their name takes issue with something really innocuous that you've said. You know, like "I couldn't even read your review because you used a swear word in the title...I don't care if you didn't actually use the word, but a representation of it" and then gives it a "Helpful"

Hey Dave

I wouldn't worry about it. I wrote my Book Rant yesterday and also got a hidden "Not Helpful." It's just somebody playing around.

Nice story so far!

I have no problem with people leaving me bad ratings, but if they hide themselves and don't leave a reason why they've rated me "Not Helpful", I have to question their motives, especially when every other rating is "Very Helpful".

I'm not going to lose any sleep over it even if this person goes and rates every review I've ever done NH, but I just felt it had to be said.
