My first order with America Rx On Line Store was great. My next order was a nightmare because of lies and deceit from customer service and a supervisor. I placed an order on 3/30/07. For some reason two (2) orders for the same item were placed. I immediately called customer service and cancelled the second order. I received an email conformation on 3/30/07 that the second order was cancelled. On 4/03/07 my debit card was charged for two (2) orders. Five calls to customer service and one to a supervisor who assured me my money would be credited to my account that day. Eight (8) days later on 4/16/07 my money was credited to my account. The reason I placed my first order with the America Rx On Line Store is because they accept Pay Pal. I did not use Pay Pal for this order and the way I was lied to by customer service, I don't think it would have mattered. Every time I phoned customer service, the ladies I spoke to and the male supervisor sounded as though they were from India. I do not mean to stereotype anyone, but I have found that to me no one has an accent when they speak English like someone from India. By the same token, I am from the south and usually one can tell people are from the south by their southern accent. I have a hard time understanding a lot of people speaking English with a Foreign accent. I live in the north and I have been told that sometimes it is hard to understand what I say. A lot of times I have to slow down when I talk so people can understand me.
