Soft ware media.com has been a valuable online store for me. I was able to find what I was looking for. The check out process went smoothly. I have shopped here a number of times and each time found the process to be smooth. The pricing has been competitive, in fact due to Soft ware media.com's prices I have found no other online soft ware seller to beat their prices. I will be shopping here for more soft ware in the future.
With one of my orders I did have a problem loading the soft ware. I contacted Soft ware media.com customer service for assistance. The customer service agent was very pleasant and was able to help me. He quickly found the data source I needed and talked me through the installation.
The only problem I have is shipping options. I would like to see a cheaper shipping option perhaps USPS letter rate. I can see how getting the shipment fast provides good service. I have found that I plan my upgrade needs or new purchase needs in advance, and do not always have to have the soft ware right away. Since price is a variable in my decision process. I take into consideration the shipping cost.
I have found the overall shopping experience to be smooth, easy and the customer service helpful. Even with the shipping issue I still have to rate Soft ware media.com highly for an online shopping experience.
