Good but not her best

Pros: Has the Isaacs' wit and interesting plot

Cons: Moved slower than others

The Bottom Line: It's okay but not her best. I would recommend it primarily because it is a book by Susan Isaacs, an author I always read.

I read the entire book and found it just alright. I didn't go out and buy more copies of it for my friends like I did 3 of her other books (After All These Years, Shining Through and Compromising Positions). I also didn't want to ever read it again although I have read the 3 I mentioned above more than once. Susan Isaacs is a fun read. When really bad things in my life have happened, I pick up one of her books--but I wouldn't pick up this one again.
The story line is original--I wasn't too sure what to expect by the title or looking at the cover. The characters didn't totally engage me.
